ThumbnailStudioHQ is provided "as is". We are not responsible for account penalties or platform changes that may affect your creative workflow.
1. Acceptance of Rules
By using our tools and guides, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree to how we work, you should not use our service.
2. Image Limitations
You may not use our service to automatically grab pictures from apps in a way that slows them down. Our tools are built for individual creator research. Using bots or scripts to grab thousands of images at once is not allowed.
3. Intellectual Property
The "ThumbnailStudioHQ" name, our research, and our AI tools are owned by our team. You are encouraged to share our guides if you link back to us. You cannot sell our guides for money.
4. External Dependencies
Our service depends on how YouTube and other apps work. If they change how they show pictures, our tools might stop working for a while. We are not part of YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok.
